Return Window

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain attached.
• The item must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, alterations, or any form of damage.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing issues can occur.

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, subject to stock availability, provided the request is made within the 48-hour return period and the item meets all return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error was caused by The Market Republic.
